You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluefie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
While we implement backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. We are not responsible for data loss.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
