When you use third-party authentication providers (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn), their privacy policies also apply. We receive only basic profile information necessary to create and maintain your account.
8. Google User Data
Some Bluefie features connect to your Google account through Google APIs. Each connection is optional, asks for its own permission, and can be removed at any time.
- Google Calendar: when you connect a calendar, Bluefie creates one calendar of its own for your due dates and reads the times of your existing events so they can appear beside your work. We do not edit calendars you already had.
- Google Ads: when you connect an Ads account, Bluefie reads campaign performance figures (impressions, clicks, cost and conversions) to show them in your reports.
- Basic profile: your email address and name, used to label the connection and to match it to your Bluefie account.
Google data is used only to provide these features to you. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or transfer it to other services except as needed to provide the feature, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you. No person at Bluefie reads your Google data unless you ask us to for support, it is required for security or to comply with the law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are deleted when you disconnect the integration or delete your account; data we copied for the feature is deleted with it.
Bluefie's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can remove Bluefie's access at any time from the integration's card in Settings, or from your Google Account permissions page.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
