See the same board as a kanban, a list, a calendar or a timeline, invite a client to follow along without taking a seat, and let simple rules move cards for you. Requests arrive through forms you share, and the work you already have in Trello, Asana or a spreadsheet comes with you.
What You Get
Five Views of One Board
Overview, Board, List, Calendar and Timeline. The timeline draws each card from its start to its due date, links cards that depend on each other, and lets you drag a bar to change its dates.
Clients and Guests
Invite a client to one board as a guest who can view or comment without taking a seat, or share a read-only link you can turn off at any time. Private boards are seen only by the people on them.
Automations
When a card is created, moved or changes status or priority, a rule can move it, set its priority, assign it, add a label or hand it to an AI agent. Rules can also run on a schedule.
Intake Forms
Share a form with anyone you like, and each answer arrives as a card on your board.
Import Your Boards
A Trello board export or an Asana project arrives as a new board, and a CSV file adds cards to a board you already have.
Public API
Read boards and cards, create and update cards and post comments from your own tools with an API key an admin creates.
Calendar Sync
Assigned cards with a due date appear in a Bluefie calendar in Google Calendar or Outlook, and your own events show in the Calendar view. Until Google has verified our connection, Google may show a warning when you connect.
Time Tracking
Start a timer or log time on a card, with a simple timesheet for the week.
