Docs and Sheets keeps your writing and your numbers next to your customers, projects and team. Documents switch between pages and a whiteboard, spreadsheets open your Excel files, and every editing session is saved as a version you can bring back. Share a document, a sheet or a whole folder with a guest, and decide whether they can read or comment.
What You Get
Documents and Whiteboards
Headings, lists, tables, checklists, code, images and page breaks, laid out as pages or as one long page. Switch the same document to a whiteboard, or present it.
Spreadsheets
Open and save Excel files, and bring in a CSV file from the Import button.
Comments and Guest Links
Comment on a block or a few words. Share a document, a sheet or a folder with a guest who can read or comment, with an end date if you like, and turn the link off whenever you want.
Version History
Every editing session, and every change an AI agent makes, is saved as a version. Preview any of them and restore it without losing anything newer.
Import and Export
Bring in Word and Markdown files or a whole Notion export, and export to PDF, Markdown or Word.
AI Beside Your Page
Ask the assistant about your page in the side panel, get a summary as a draft you choose whether to use, or sketch a board on the whiteboard from a prompt.
Live Co-editing
Type in the same paragraph or the same sheet as a teammate at the same moment. Live cursors and faces already show who is on the page.
AI Writing in the Editor
Draft from a prompt, or rewrite, shorten or translate a selection, with a personal off switch.
Charts in Sheets
Pick a range and add a bar, line or pie chart that updates when the cells change.
